BABY ROOM LEADER

Millwood House Day Nursery is an independent private nursery situated in a country house with a large all-weather garden. For over 30 years, Millwood House has gained an excellent reputation for caring for children from birth to 5 years in a welcoming home-from-home environment. It has been our privilege to welcome children and their subsequent siblings, providing them with a safe place to grow, develop, learn, explore, and play whilst having fun with a team of qualified, passionate, and dedicated individuals.

The successful candidate will have Level 3 experience and will preferably have held the post of Room Leader before. You will be working along side staff who have worked within our Baby Room for a good length of time and have an excellent understanding of the Baby Room and the children's routines. You will be introduced to all staff and children and each of their Parents. You will be shown the routines we currently follow and how we use the Parenta system to record the daily progress of each child. There will be scope for you to introduce your own new ideas into the room you lead, and into the Nursery.

An opportunity has arisen for 2 Apprentices to join our motivated and enthusiastic team at Millwood House.

We are a small private nursery with a home-from-home ambience where babies to 5 years old children have fun learning through play. Millwood House follows the EYFS 7 areas of learning and is OFSTED rated GOOD.

Our Management Team and Nursery Practitioners look forward to welcoming you into our Millwood House Team wherein most of our staff have many years service. The successful candidates will be working as part of our team to deliver outstanding care whilst providing a safe, fun and progressive learning environment for the children.
