We’ve built this easy-to-use calculator so you can estimate your monthly fees with complete transparency and the flexibility you need.
At Millwood House, we divide each day into two convenient sessions: an AM session from 08:00 to 13:00, or a PM session from 13:00 to 18:00.
If you’d like full-day care, simply book both sessions back-to-back for coverage from 08:00 to 18:00.
Our transparent pricing structure means you always know exactly what you’re paying for and if you’re eligible for government-funded hours, you can apply them directly in the tool to see your adjusted total. We understand that every family’s routine is different, so you can mix and match AM, PM or full-day sessions to create a bespoke timetable that suits you.
Plus, for families booking a full-time programme (10 or more sessions per week), we’re pleased to offer a 10% discount.

Important Disclaimer – Please Read
This pricing calculator is intended as a guide only. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful estimates, actual fees may vary depending on individual circumstances, eligibility for government funding, availability of sessions, and other variables determined by the nursery.
Discounts & Offers
A 10% sibling discount may be available to families paying full fees where siblings attend the nursery at the same time. This is applied to the child with fewer sessions or the eldest child if sessions are equal.
All discounts are non-contractual, discretionary, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Discounts, including sibling discounts, do not apply once a child is in receipt of government funding.
We may offer additional promotions throughout the year, but these are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
Funding
We offer limited funded spaces, including stretch funding (up to 11 or 22 hours per week across 51 weeks of the year).
Funded sessions must be taken over a minimum of two separate days and are allocated based on availability.
We reserve the right to alter funded days with one month’s written notice.
Securing a Place
A place is secured upon payment of a non-refundable registration fee and deposit, which is deducted from your final invoice.
Once a formal offer is made, places must be accepted within 7 days.
Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn if not confirmed in time.
Booking Patterns
Booking patterns are agreed upon securing a place.
Any requested changes must be discussed with the nursery manager and are subject to availability.
